• Croft registration for 'deemed croft' (shares).
• Assignation application for 'deemed croft'.

These should be submitted at the same time. Upon approval:

• The new owner will need to complete a Croft registration application for the croft once the property has been transferred to them.

• Once the decrofted land has been purchased from the landlord you will need to complete a Form B to update the register.
